1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Saelus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Saelus is a fleet safety and compliance management platform that enables organizations to manage driver qualification files, inspections and maintenance, and safety records and compliance documentation.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws (CVOR, safety regulations)
• Use the platform for lawful business purposes only

4. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for accuracy of uploaded fleet and driver data, compliance with regulatory requirements, and obtaining necessary consents from drivers/employees.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, upload false or misleading compliance data, or interfere with system security or operations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in Saelus are owned by Line Code. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saelus is a compliance support tool, not a legal authority. We are not liable for regulatory penalties, fines or violations, and business losses resulting from misuse of the platform.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Saelus against claims arising from misuse of the platform, violation of laws or regulations, or inaccurate data submission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated or unauthorized use is detected.

11. Pricing & Payments

• Fees are based on selected plans
• Payments must be made on time
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business and operational data shared through the platform.

13. Third-Party Services

Saelus may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
